Order Processing

Black Snake Clothing products are made to order. Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days.

Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume or due to product availability.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled.

Estimated delivery dates depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location. The estimated delivery information available during checkout or through your order tracking should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order when tracking is available.

Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different facilities or packaged separately. As a result, parts of your order may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, the delivery address generally cannot be changed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please review the tracking information first.

If the package appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination and shipping method. Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout may be the responsibility of the recipient, subject to local law.

Delivery times for international orders may also be affected by customs processing.
