Because Black Snake Clothing products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@blacksnakeclothing.com.

Once the issue is reviewed, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. In many cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned. If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Wrong Size or Color
Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size or color was ordered.
Please review the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
If the item you receive is mislabeled or differs materially from the size you ordered, contact us and we will review the issue.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@blacksnakeclothing.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after approval may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides additional cancellation, return, refund, or replacement rights, those rights will apply.
